and pull the BOV off, attach the gauge to where the vacuum hose connects and watch the diaphragm of the BOV move when you reach a certain vacuum level. Set the BOV's to 22 in Hg vacuum before they open. If they're set weaker than that, they will bleed to early and may even open at idle sometimes. Another way you can do it is to have a buddy rev the engine to build boost... he has to pulse it, like ABS, in order to get the boost built up. (or use the launch control button on the Racelogic unit you should have bought... LOL!) The only problem is it's doubtful that he'd be able to get full boost doing this... and you really need to get full boost because it's the high psi that's probably causing the leak. Lastly, you can just tighten the screw to set the spring rate higher gradually and by trial and error, you'll hit the point where you no longer hear the bleeding sound... then tighten it just a little bit more than that.
